These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including all purchases, content, and services available on or through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, or by purchasing any Forest day products (the "Products"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies referenced herein (collectively the "Agreement"). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1. Overview & Eligibility

1.1 The Site and all Products available for purchase are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using the Site or purchasing Products, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

1.2 You agree that the Company may, in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason including (but not limited to) a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate use of the Site.

1.3 The Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of Products, superseding all prior oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings.

We use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and complete, but we do not warrant or guarantee absolute accuracy, timeliness, or completeness.

2.2 Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual Product appearance, colour, and texture may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, and manufacturing variations. Fragrance profiles are subjective; we provide detailed fragrance descriptions but cannot guarantee that the scent will match your personal preferences.

2.3 The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources (the "Third-Party Sites"). We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third-Party Sites. 3. Order Placement & Acceptance

3.1 All product pricing on the Site is displayed in the applicable local currency (GBP, EUR, USD, etc.) and includes applicable VAT/sales tax where required by law. Shipping fees and any additional charges are displayed separately during the checkout process.

You represent and warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.

4.2 Payment is processed at the time of order submission. We will not charge your payment method until your order is confirmed and dispatched, except in cases of pre-ordered Products (where payment may be processed at the time of pre-order).

4.3 The Company is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment processor in connection with your purchase.

4.4 If payment is declined or fails to process for any reason, your order will be cancelled, and we will notify you via email. You may re-submit your order with a valid payment method at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We ship Products to destinations worldwide, subject to applicable shipping restrictions and international trade laws. Shipping times and costs are displayed during checkout and are estimates only; we do not guarantee delivery dates.

5.2 Title and risk of loss or damage to the Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided in your order. You are responsible for providing a valid, secure shipping address, and for collecting the Products from the delivery location (including any post office or courier depot) if delivery is attempted and unsuccessful.

5.3 The Company is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

5.4 For international orders, you are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price, and we have no control over the amount of such charges. 6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 We stand behind the quality of our Products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Product for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the Product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (including unlit candles, unopened wax melts, and undamaged packaging).

6.2 Personalised Products are made to your specific requirements and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect personalisation caused by the Company.

6.3 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@forestdaylife.com] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence (if applicable). We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect order fulfilment (where we will cover the return shipping costs).

6.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned Product. Refunds include the purchase price of the Product only; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.5 If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong fragrance, size, or personalisation), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will either replace the Product free of charge or issue a full refund (including shipping fees), at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Site, the Products, and all content on the Site (including trademarks, copyrights, logos, product designs, images, text, and fragrance formulations) are the exclusive property of Forest day or our licensed third parties. These rights are protected by international intellectual property laws and treaties.

9.4 We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event"), including (but not limited to) natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, government actions, customs delays, and third-party service provider failures.
